周彩云治疗强直性脊柱炎经验浅析

ZHOU Caiyun’s Experience in Treating Ankylosing Spondylitis

文章介绍了周彩云教授治疗强直性脊柱炎的经验。周彩云教授认为本病的病位在＂肝、筋＂,病机特点为本虚标实,以＂肝血亏虚、肝气不舒、筋脉失养＂为其本,风寒湿热等外邪为其标,并重视瘀血的存在。治疗上以＂酸以养肝体、辛以助肝用,甘以缓筋急＂疗其本,通络除痹祛其邪,活血化瘀贯穿始终。同时,针对活动期湿热毒蕴的特点,治之以清热解毒、除湿凉血。除药物治疗外尚重视生活调护及运动疗法。

This article describes the clinical experience of professor ZHOU Caiyun on treating ankylosing spondylitis（AS）. In her opinion,AS is syndrome of deficiency Ben and excessive Biao. Ben is due to＂deficiency of liver-blood,depression of liver qi and tendon and vessel malnutrition＂. Biao is wind,cold,damp and heat attacking the human body. She also pays attention to the existence of blood stasis. Use the sour drugs,acrid drugs and sweet drugs to treat Ben and eliminating pathogens and dredging the collaterals method to treat Biao and the method of activating blood circulation was through to the treatment. At the acute stage,the pathogenesis is damp-heat with virulence and she focuses on clearing heat,detoxification,eliminating dampness and cooling blood as the basic principles in treatment. In addition,she alao emphasizes life care and exercise therapy.
