摘要
纳米雄黄抗肿瘤作用在粒径效应、靶点效应、逆转耐药效应、增效减毒方面优势明显,其抗肿瘤机理主要包括诱导细胞凋亡、促进细胞分化、抑制肿瘤血管生成、直接细胞毒作用以及调控癌基因与抑癌基因表达等方面。目前已有相关实验对纳米雄黄的抗肿瘤作用及机制进行了探讨,且在临床应用中不断探索,以期为纳米雄黄抗肿瘤深入研究提供依据。
Nanocrystallized realgar in the particle size effect,target effect,reversal of drug-resistant effect,synergistic and attenuated aspects of anti-tumor effect is obvious. Its anti-tumor mechanism of Nanocrystallized realgar mainly includes induction of apoptosis,promotion of cell differentiation,inhibition of tumor angiogenesis,direct cytotoxicity,regulation of oncogene and tumor suppressor gene expression and so on. At present,there are related experiments on the anti-tumor effects of Nanocrystallized realgar and the mechanism was discussed,and we continue to explore in clinical applications so as to provide the basis for further study of Nanocrystallized realgar anti-tumor.
