复方莪术油β-环糊精包合物的制备工艺及稳定性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:优选复方莪术油β-环糊精包合物的最佳制备工艺条件,并对其稳定性进行考察。方法:通过对制备方法的筛选,采用饱和水溶法制备包合物。通过正交试验,以复方莪术油包合产率和包合率为筛选指标,优选包合工艺。选用红外分光光度法和紫外色谱法对包合效果进行表征,并且考察了包合物在高温、高湿、强光照射条件下的稳定性。结果:最佳包合条件为2 m L莪术油,40 mg维A酸与16 gβ-环糊精进行包合,包合时间2.5 h,包合温度30℃。经红外分光光度法和紫外色谱法鉴定,已经形成了复方莪术油β-环糊精包合物,并且具有一定的稳定性。结论:试验得出的最佳包合工艺稳定可行。 Objective: To optimize inclusion process of β-cyclodextrin including zedoary turmeric oil compound and investigate the stability of inclusion compound. Methods: The saturated aqueous solution method was adopted to prepare inclusion compounds through the screening of preparation method. The inclusion compound of zedoary turmeric oil compound productivity and the inclusion rate were taken as indexes for screening the optimal inclusion processes by orthogonal test. The inclusion effect was characterized with the infrared spectrophotometry and ultraviolet chromatography and the stability under conditions of high temperature,high humidity and strong light was detected. Results: The best conditions for the inclusion was 2 m L zedoary turmeric oil,40 mg tretinoin and 16 g β-cyclodextrin,the inclusion temperature was 30 ℃ and the inclusion time was 2. 5 h. The results of infrared spectrophotometry and ultraviolet chromatography showed that the optimum conditions can generate β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound in zedoary turmeric oil compound with certain stability. Conclusion: The optimum inclusion process is stable and feasible.
