从突触可塑性角度探讨nNOS在电针抗抑郁中的作用及其机制 被引量:2

摘要 神经源性一氧化氮合成酶(neuronal nitric oxide synthase,n NOS)能够精确调控神经系统内NO的产生,释放,扩散和失活,n NOS调控异常可导致一系列神经系统疾病。近年来研究表明,n NOS在抑郁症的发病与抑郁症状的调节中发挥着重要的作用。学习与记忆能力的减退是抑郁症的核心症状,而这一功能与突触可塑性密切相关。研究表明电针治疗过程中,n NOS的表达量与突触可塑性都发生了变化,提示此三者或有关联。笔者通过整理相关文献,分析三者关系,以期对临床针灸治疗抑郁症提供依据。 nNOS(neuronal nitric oxide synthase) can precisely adjust and control the process of the production,release,diffusion and inactivation of nitric oxide in the nervous system. Abnormal nNOS regulation can lead to a series of nervous system diseases. In recent years,A large number of studies have shown that nNOS plays a crucial role in the pathogenesis of depression and regulation of depressive symptoms. Deterioration of learning and memory ability is one of the core symptoms of depression and this function is closely related to synaptic plasticity. Investigate shows that during the process of Electro-acupuncture(EA) treatment,both the expression of nNOS quantity and synaptic plasticity have changed. It means these three factors maybe linked. In the present paper,the authors reviewed progresses of researches in the relationship between these three factors,in order to provide a basis for clinical acupuncture treatment of depression.
