摘要
利用TPEG5000、az-HPEG、AA、HEA等不饱和单体,基于水相自由基共聚工艺,合成了一种新型早强型聚羧酸减水剂PC-V。该减水剂能调控坍落度为7.5 cm的C50混凝土的坍落度保持时间15 min、初凝时间87 min、蒸养后脱模强度25.2 MPa,满足了轮轨移动式管片自动生产工艺的多项技术指标需求。
A novel high-early-strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer named as PC-V was synthesized via the aqeous copolymerization of TPEG5000, az-HPEG, AA and HEA initiated by H2 O2/Vc. Fresh concrete of C50 superplasticized by PC-V performs as suitable candidate for the mobile-wheel-drived automated production of metro shield segment with slump of 7.5 cm, slump retention time of 15 min, initial setting time of 87 min and compress strength of 25.2 MPa after demolding.
