摘要
大型化工换热网络换热器数量众多,流股错综复杂且流股之间存在高程度的耦合关系,使关于换热网络关键换热器及关键路径评价研究的重要性不断凸显,对换热网络控制与安全运行的工程实践方面具有指导意义。提出了一种基于有向加权集团度复杂网络理论的换热网络节点重要性排序方法。首先,将错综复杂的换热网络转化为网络拓扑结构。其次,考虑到换热干扰传递单向性、干扰程度传递递减性、干扰传递复杂性,将集团度概念及各集团度权重选取方法重新定义,并用度来衡量上游换热器对目标换热器干扰可能性大小,通过比较最终计算得到的集团度大小,得到换热网络各节点的重要性排序。案例分析表明:该研究方法有效,并通过Aspen plus软件模拟验证了该方法的准确性。
The streams of large heat exchanger network are complex and coupling. The evaluation study has guiding significance on engineering practice for heat exchanger network. In this paper, a kind of node importance sorting method of heat exchange network based on directed and weighted group degree complex network theory was put forward. Firstly, the complex heat exchange network was converted to the network topology structure. Secondly, considering the disturbance unipolarity of heat transfer, the degree of disturbance progressive decreasing, the complexity of disturbance transmit, the concept of group degree and the method of getting each group weight were redefined, and the degree was used to measure the possibilities of upstream heat exchangers interfering targeted heat exchanger. By comparing the size of final calculated results of group degree, each node importance of the heat exchanger network was obtained.
