罗布泊钾盐公司污水处理排放的COD含量平均值在108 mg/L,超过了国家排放标准100 mg/L,为了使污水排放COD含量降低到符合国家排放标准,进行降低污水排放COD含量的研究。找出影响COD含量过高的三个要因,针对要因提出相应措施。通过对比分析法确定向生化池中添加含有氮元素的营养物质为尿素,根据正交试验法确定尿素每天须添加三次,每次1.5 kg。制定了设备清洗清单,增加中水利用环节。最终使排放COD含量达到82 mg/L,符合国家标准要求。
The average value of COD content in treated sewage from Lop Nor potash company was 108 mg/L, exceeding the national 100 mg/L emission standard, in order to make the effluent COD content meet the national emission standard, how to reduce COD of sewage was studied. And three factors to cause high COD were determined, and corresponding measures were put forward. Through comparative analysis, urea as nutrient substance containing nitrogen was added into the biochemical tank. According to the orthogonal test, urea was added three times per day, 1.5 kg each time. A list of equipment cleaning was drawn up to improve water use links. Finally, the content of COD reached to 82 mg/L, which met the requirements of the national standard.
