摘要
对抚顺石化丁烯-1/MTBE装置捆包催化剂更换期间存在的问题进行了分析,提出了更换催化剂的优化改造方案。通过工艺流程的优化,实现了局部停工更换捆包催化剂,解决了以往需装置全面停工才能更换的问题,从而避免了因更换催化剂影响全厂物料平衡的瓶颈。不仅提高了企业的创效能力,而且缓解了处理废料带来的环保压力。
The existing problems during the replacement of catalyst of butene-1/MTBE device in Fushun petrochemical company were analyzed, and the optimized modification plan of catalyst replacement was put forward. Through the optimization of process flow, the replacement of catalyst was realized under partial shutdown, which solved the problem that the equipments need be completely stopped in old catalyst replacement process, thereby avoiding the bottleneck of changing the material balance of the whole plant due to the replacement of catalyst. The optimal modification of catalyst replacement process can not only improve the enterprise economic benefits, but also alleviate the environmental pressure caused by waste disposal.
