摘要
"以人民为中心"是以习近平同志为核心的党中央和各级党政机关的执政理念。党的十九大精神的落实要求党在建设新时代中国特色社会主义的新征程中始终践行"以人民为中心"的理念,深刻把握"以人民为中心"理念在依靠人民、为了人民、发展成果由人民共享三个方面的内涵;为践行"以人民为中心"理念提供政治保证、制度保障、思想保障和群众保障;充分发挥"以人民为中心"理念的整合作用、激励作用和规范作用。
＂Taking the people as the centre＂ is a governing idea for the Party Central Committee with Xi Jinping as General Secretary as well as for all party and government organizations at every level. On the new journey of building socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, the party will always keep on ＂taking the people as the centre＂ and deeply grasp the connotations of this idea in the following three respects： relying on the people, serving for the people and letting the people enjoy the developing achievements, so as to supply the political, institutional, mental, and popular guarantee for practicing the ＂people-centred＂ idea, and make full use of its effect in integration, encouragement, and regulation.
