摘要 绿色消费是私益性与公益性、物质消费与精神文化消费并重的消费理念与消费模式。消费支付力既非绿色消费"第一"更非"唯一"的决定因素。我国绿色消费需求不足,部分民众不愿消费;绿色消费环境欠佳,部分民众不敢消费;绿色消费结构失衡,部分民众不会消费。推进绿色消费,一要注重生态教育,激活绿色消费潜能,让民众乐于消费;二要构建激励机制,优化绿色消费环境,让民众敢于消费;三要合理引导,提升绿色消费品味,让民众善于消费。 Green consumption is a consuming notion and mode with equal stress on private and public welfare, and on material and spiritual consumption. The need of green consumption in our country is not enough, for some people are unwilling to consume; the environment of green consumption is not so good, so some people dare not to consume; the structure of green consumption is not balanced, so they don' t know how to consume. Therefore, to motivate the green consumption, firstly, attention should be paid to the ecological education to arouse the potential of green consumption so that people like to consume; secondly, The regulation of stimulation mechanism should be constructed to better the environment of green consumption so that people dare to consume; thirdly, reasonable guide should be conducted to raise the consuming taste so that people are good at consuming.
