阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children

目的:研究使用阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法:选取于我院儿科住院治疗的患儿100例,随机分为对照组、观察组,各50例。对照组予以支原体肺炎常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用阿奇霉素治疗。记录两组体温恢复时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间、支原体清除时间、住院时间、不良反应发生率等,并计算两组的总有效率及不良反应发生率进一步分析比较。结果:观察组总有效率98%,不良反应发生率10%;对照组总有效率88%,不良反应发生率16%;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿奇霉素在治疗小儿支原体肺炎中不仅疗效确切,而且不良反应发生率低,可广泛推广于临床。

Objeetive：Study azithromycin in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia of the effect. Method：100 patients admitted in our hospital divided into control group and observation group.The control group use the routine treatment.The observation group use Azithromyein.Result：The total effective rate was 98% and the incidence of adverse reactions was 10% in the observation group. The total effcetive rate was 88% and the incidence of adverse reactions was 16% in the control group. The data was statistically significant（P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion：The treatment of myeoplasma pneumonia with azithromycin has incidence of adverse reactions,with the clinical significance.
