氨酚羟考酮联合加巴喷丁治疗中老年带状疱疹相关性疼痛的疗效

Acetaminophen oxycodone combined gabapentin treatment the curative effect of senile herpes zoster associated pain

目的:探讨氨酚羟考酮联合加巴喷丁对中老年带状疱疹相关性疼痛(Shingles-related pain,SRP)的临床治疗效果。方法:选择我院2015年3月~2017年3月收入的中老年带状疱疹患者80例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组40例,给予实验组氨酚羟考酮联合加巴喷丁治疗,给予对照组单纯氨酚羟考酮治疗。观察两组临床治疗效果、VAS评分变化和不良反应。结果:治疗30d后,实验组总有效37例(92.5%),显著高于对照组的25例(62.5%)(P<0.05);实验组的临床症状消失时间以及痊愈时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);实验组治疗后7d、15d、30d的VAS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组、对照组的不良反应发生分别为2例(5.0%)、7例(17.5%)(P<0.05)。讨论:联合使用氨酚羟考酮与加巴喷丁,可提高临床疗效、缩短痊愈时间,更为迅速地缓解疼痛症状,安全高效。

objective： to investigate the clinical effect of acetophenone hydroxyketone combined with gabapentin on the related pain（SRP） of gRP. Methods： from March 2015 to March 2017 income of middle-aged and old banded spore rash patients 80 cases, randomly divided into experimental group and the control group, 40 cases in each group, experimental group patients＇ acetaminophen oxycodone with gabapentin therapy, the control group patients＇ pure acetaminophen oxycodone treatment. Clinical treatment effect, VAS score change and adverse reactions were observed in two groups. Results： after treatment of 30d, the total effective rate of the experimental group was 37 （92.5%）, significantly higher than the control group （62.5%）（P〈0.05）. The clinical symptoms disappeared in the experimental group and the recovery time was significantly shorter than the control group （P〈0.05）. The VAS scores of 7d, 15d and 30d were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the experimental group and control group was 2 （5.0%） and 7 cases （17.5%） respectively （P〈0.05）. Discussion： combined use of aminophenol hydroxyketone and gabapentin can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and shorten the recovery time, so as to alleviate the clinical pain symptoms more quickly and safely and effectively.
