中药饮片颗粒化应用的探讨分析

中药饮片是传统中医临床用药的常用方式。随着制药技术的提升、大众用药需求的变化,中药饮片颗粒化以其使用方便性、质量可控性等优点,深受患者偏爱,在临床应用上前景广阔。但中药饮片颗粒化在应用过程中,存在一些诸如有悖于传统中医药性理论、品种规格剂量局限性、中药颗粒本身真伪难辨等缺点。本文就中药饮片颗粒化在临床应用过程中优劣点进行探讨分析,并提出一些可行性的使用建议,为中药饮片颗粒化更好地应用于临床实践提供一些参考。

Chinese herbal medicine is a traditional way of traditional Chinese medicine. With the improvement of pharmaceutical technology and the change of popular drug demand, the granulation of traditional Chinese medicine pieces is favored by patients, and has a broad prospect in clinical application. However, in the process of application of traditional Chinese medicine, there are some shortcomings such as the traditional Chinese traditional medicine theory, the limitation of the dosage of the varieties, the authenticity of traditional Chinese medicine particles, and so on. This paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the granulation of traditional Chinese medicine in the clinical application, and puts forward some feasible suggestions for the use of Chinese herbal medicine, and provides some meaningful reference for the better application of Chinese herbal medicine in clinical practice.
