瓦格吉尔羊与小尾寒羊消化代谢的比较 被引量:2

Comparison of Digestion and Metabolism between Wagner Jill Sheep and Small-tail Han Sheep

摘要 选取小尾寒羊和瓦格吉尔羊公羊各4只,饲喂相同日粮(精粗比4∶6),比较瓦格吉尔羊与小尾寒羊采食和消化代谢的差异。结果表明,瓦格吉尔羊对干物质自由采食量较小尾寒羊高25.0%(P<0.01);干物质、有机物、粗蛋白和纤维素表观消化率分别为(71.6±1.2)%、(71.9±1.0)%、(82.3±0.5)%和(65.7±2.4)%,比小尾寒羊的分别高23.0%(P<0.01)、23.3%(P<0.01)、7.6%(P<0.01)和16.5%(P<0.01);氮保留量和保留率分别较小尾寒羊高52.4%(P<0.01)和26.2%(P<0.01)。研究结果表明,在相同饲喂条件下,瓦格吉尔羊的自由采食量、日粮消化率和氮保留均高于小尾寒羊,是比较优良的绵羊品种。 4Small-tail Han rams with body weight of 89.6±4.5kg and 4 Wagner Jill rams with body weight of 91.4±2.1kg,all 2years old,were fed with same diet containing 60% of roughage,and the difference of the intake,digestion and metabolism between Wagner Jill Sheep and Small-tail Han Sheep were also compared.The results showed that the voluntary intake of the dry matter of Wagner Jill ram was2436.5±26.5g/sheep/d.,which was 25.0% higher than that of Small-tail Han ram(P<0.01);the apparent digestibility of the dry matter,organic matter,crude protein and cellulose of Wagner Jill ram were71.6±1.2%,71.9±1.0%,82.3±0.5% and 65.7±2.4% respectively,which were higher than that of Small-tail Han ram by 23.0%(P<0.01),23.3%(P<0.01),7.6%(P<0.01)and 16.5%(P<0.01)respectively;the nitrogen retention and retained rate of Wagner Jill ram were 20.8±0.5g/sheep/d(P<0.01)and 35.7±0.9%(P<0.01)respectively,which were higher than that of Small-tail Han ram by52.4%(P<0.01)and 26.2%(P<0.01)respectively.It is concluded that under the same feeding condition,the voluntary intake,digestibility of diet,and nitrogen retention of Wagner Jill Sheep are all higher than that of Small-tail Han Sheep,therefore,Wagner Jill Sheep is a better breed of sheep.
