摘要
《动物营养与饲料学》是一门重要的专业基础课,具有很强的理论性和实践性。该课程的主要任务是使学生掌握动物营养基础理论、饲料营养特性、饲料配方设计,以及饲料分析评价技术等方面的内容。受多方面因素的影响,传统教学方法和手段已不能完全满足当今社会对现代专业技术人才培养的需求,也不能适应《动物营养与饲料学》教学大纲的要求。因此,对《动物营养与饲料学》课程进行教学方法、实践教学和考核内容等方面进行改革探索势在必行。文章探讨以提高该课程教学效果、增强实践动手能力为目标的教学新模式。
Animal Nutrition and Feed Science,an important foundamental specialty course with strong theoretical and practicality,had its main teaching task whichis to train students basic knowledge and professional skills in animal nutrition,feed nutritional characteristic,feed formula design,and feed analysis and evaluation.Due to various factors,traditional teaching methods failed to meet the requirements for professional and technical personnel,the requirements of teaching syllabus in modern society.A new teaching pattern was discussed in this paper with the purpose of improving teaching efficiency and enhancing practical ability of students in Animal Nutrition and Feed Science.
