摘要
金渠尾矿库扩容改造项目针对尾矿中粗粒级占比较大,易造成粗颗粒矿磨损设备设施、淤积流程、甚至无法正常生产的问题,通过尾矿分级试验研究,增设了旋流器—高频振动筛工序,实现了尾矿中粗粒级矿石的分离、脱水与直接堆存,有效解决了这一突出问题。经进一步试验论证,用新型盘式过滤机代替厢式压滤机或陶瓷过滤机进行尾矿脱水,达到了节能、环保、高效的目的。同时,尾矿资源综合回收试验研究针对金"两头跑矿"的特点,对粗、细部分选矿区别对待,并综合回收白钨资源;试验结果显示,可回收尾矿中金、钨50%左右,经济效益显著。
Golden Canal tailings pond expansion renovation project for the coarse grained tailings accounted for much,is easy to cause the coarse particle wear equipment and facilities,sedimentation process,even can't have normal production,by research on tailings grade,add the cyclone-high frequency vibrating screen process,realize the separation of coarse grained ores in tailings,dehydration and storage directly,effectively solve the outstanding problems. By the further tests,replace with new type disc filter box pressure filter or ceramic filter for tailings dehydration,achieved the purpose of energy saving,environmental protection,high efficiency. At the same time,the tailings resources comprehensive experimental research for the characteristics of the gold " two head run of ore",the coarse and fine parts distinguish processing,and comprehensive recovery of scheelite resources; Experimental results show that about 50%gold and tungsten was recycled from tailings,economic benefit is remarkable.
