摘要
内蒙古中部地区某矿针对流程中药剂使用较多、尾矿采用膏体堆放、生产水直接回用、残余药剂互相干扰造成水系统浑浊及含药量较高严重影响正常生产的问题,通过大量的现场调查和试验研究,进行了絮凝沉降试验和现场工艺流程优化改造,取得了一定的效果,并给出了下一步需要继续研究的重点方向。
Aiming at problems of many flotation reagents in the process,the tailings are piled with paste,the production water is reused directly,residual agent interfere with each other results in turbid water system and high reagent dosage seriously affect the normal production,through a lot of field investigation and experimental research,experimental study on flocculation sedimentation and optimization modification of site process flow have been carried out. Some positive effect has been achieved,and gives the key content need to continue to study of next step.
