脱硝催化剂的硫中毒机理研究 被引量:5

摘要 从硫中毒机理、载体选择和制备方法对催化剂抗硫性的影响出发,对近年来国内外抗硫脱硝催化剂的研究进行综述,得出硫酸盐和金属硫酸化等是脱硝催化剂硫中毒的主要原因,高抗硫性脱硝催化剂具有较多酸位和合适孔径等特点。最后对抗硫脱硝催化剂的未来发展进行了展望。 The research on the anti-sulfur denitration catalysts at home and abroad in recent years is reviewed from the impacts of sulfur poisoning mechanism,selection of carrier and preparation methods on the anti-sulfur performances of denitration catalysts. It is concluded that sulfates and metal sulfation are the main reasons causing denitration catalysts to be poisoned. The desulfurization catalysts with high anti-sulfur performances have typically characteristics such as more acid sites,suitable pore size and so on. Finally,the future development of anti-sulfur denitration catalyst is prospected.
