摘要
介绍了淀粉纳米颗粒的制备方法:机械研磨法、纳米沉淀法、超声波法、反相微乳液法、细乳液法、碱冷冻法、酶解回生法,阐述了其作为药物载体的应用,最后对淀粉纳米颗粒的发展前景进行展望。
The main preparation methods of starch nanoparticles in recent years are described in detail,including mechanical mill method,nano-precipitation method,ultrasonic method,reversed-phase micro-emulsion method,miniemulsion method,alkali freezing method,and enzymatic hydrolysis and starch retrogradation method. This paper expounds the applications of starch nanoparticles as a drug carrier,and points out the development prospects of starch nanoparticles.
