摘要
化学水汽品质监督是保证火电厂发电设备安全、经济运行的主要环节之一,同时对火电厂的生产效率、节能减排及环保起到一定的作用。通过对新疆某350 MW直流炉机组启动过程中的水汽品质进行监督,同时对调试过程中出现的问题提出解决方案及建议,对给水、炉水(启动分离器出口)、凝结水、蒸汽等关键参数(Fe,SiO_2,Na,O_2,pH,YD,CC)进行监督和调整,保证了机组的安全并网并完成168 h试运,为日后超临界机组的水汽品质监督起到指导性的作用。
The supervision of chemical water quality economic operation of coal-fired power plants, and one of the main parts to ensure the safety and also plays a certain role in the production efficiency, energy conservation, emission reduction and environmental protection of coal-fired power plants. In this article, through to supervise and adjust water quality to a 350 MW dc furnace supercritical pressure generating unit in Xinjiang, at the same time, the adjustment plan and suggestions for the problems in the debugging process are proposed. Optimization to the key parameters ( Fe, Si02, Na, 02, pH, YD, CC ) of feed water, boiler water ( starting separator exports), condensation water,steam.It guarantees the safety of the unit and completes 168 h test transportation, which can guide the water quality supervision of supercritical units in the future.
