摘要
某新建电厂锅炉补给水系统在调试期间出现反渗透进水氧化还原电位(ORP)异常升高的问题。经过ORP表检查和反渗透前置系统出水ORP的监测,排除了在线表计故障和活性炭超滤出水恶化的可能性;通过历史数据的调查分析发现,反渗透进水ORP异常是由Na HSO3还原剂的失效造成的。运行中应加强药品的存储管理并及时配制新鲜的还原剂溶液。
A abnormal increasing of reverse osmosis influent' s oxidation reduction potential (ORP) in boiler feed water system of a new power plant during commissioning.The possibility of online meter fault and deterioration of active carbon filter or ultra filtration producing water were excluded, after the ORP meter was inspected and the ORP values of influent from systems in front of reverse osmosis were monitored.It was found the failure of NariS03 that the abnormal increasing which is used for reducing historical date.The storage management of reducing solution should be preparation timely. of reverse osmosis influent's ORP was caused by agent, through the investigation and analysis of agent should be strengthened and fresh NaHSO3 solution should be preparation timely.
