单向面内约束混凝土双向板抗火性能试验研究及数值分析 被引量:4

摘要 为了分析简支板受到单向面内约束作用下的火灾行为,对两块足尺混凝土双向板进行了面内荷载和竖向荷载共同作用下的火灾试验。研究了双向板在受火过程中沿板厚混凝土温度场分布规律、钢筋温度、板平面内外变形以及板角平面外约束力变化规律,并与相关试验进行对比。在此基础上,基于EC2和ASCE本构模型,编程对试验板温度场、变形行为和力学机理进行了数值分析。结果表明:当板受到单向面内约束作用时,其裂缝模式及变形规律与四边简支板明显不同,且易出现完整性破坏;板角裂缝分布情况对板角约束力有重要影响;本构模型对火灾下约束板的力学机理影响较大。 To analyze the fire behavior of two-way simply-supported slabs with in-plane restraints, two fire tests were conducted on full-scale concrete slabs subjected to in-plane loads and lateral loads. The testing results include the temperature fields along the depth of the slabs, reinforcement temperature, out-of-plane and in-plane deflection and constraint reaction at the comers. The present results are compared with the relevant tests. In addition, based on the EC2 and ASCE constitutive models, a program was developed to analyze the temperature, deflection and the mechanical mechanism of tested concrete slabs. The results indicate that the cracking patterns and deflection of the concrete slabs with in-plane restraints were different from those of simply supported slabs,and the integrity failure easily occurred. The comer crack distribution has an important effect on the constraint forces. Furthermore, the constitutive models have a vital influence on the mechanical mechanism of the restrained slabs in fire.
