早期综合干预对预防婴儿湿疹的效果

Effect of early comprehensive intervention on prevention of infantile eczema

目的探讨早期综合干预预防婴儿湿疹的效果。方法选取2016年1~5月在新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院出生的新生儿340例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各170例。对两组婴儿进行6个月随访,对照组进行常规随访,观察组在常规随访的基础上进行综合护理干预,对两组湿疹婴儿进行随访记录。比较两组婴儿湿疹发生率、湿疹最长持续时间、湿疹严重程度、近期治疗效果。结果与对照组比较,观察组随访至婴儿6月龄时,婴儿湿疹发生率低,治疗效果显著,湿疹持续时间短,湿疹程度轻,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期综合护理干预可以降低婴儿湿疹发病率,保证婴儿的正常生长发育。

Objective To explore the effect of early comprehensive intervention in preventing infantile eczema. Methods From January to May in 2016, 340 infants born in People′s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were included and divided into control group and observation group according random number table method, 170 patients in each group. Infants of two groups were followed up for 6 months. The control group was followed up by routine method,the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine follow-up. Eczema infants of two groups were followed up with recording. The incidence of infantile eczema in both groups, the maximum duration of eczema, the severity of eczema, the short term effect of eczema was compared. Results Following-up until the infants were 6 months old, the incidence of eczema in the observation group was lower, the treatment effect was more remarkable, the duration of eczema was shorter, the degree of eczema was slighter, compared with the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Early comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of infantile eczema, to ensure the normal growth and development of infants.
