摘要
目的评价老年糖尿病合并高脂血症患者社区营养干预的效果。方法选取无锡市梁溪区迎龙桥社区200名老年糖尿病合并高脂血症患者,采用1:1配对设计分为干预组、对照组,并对干预组实施强化营养教育、个性化膳食指导等营养干预措施1年。结果干预后,干预组对营养知识知晓率、健康行为形成率较干预前显著提升,其空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯等指标明显下降,与对照组比较变化较大,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于健康教育及个性化膳食指导的社区营养干预措施,能切实帮助患者提升对疾病的认知,建立健康的生活行为,改善血糖及血脂水平,显著提高生活质量。
Objective To evaluate the effect of community nutrition intervention in elderly diabetes mellitus patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods Twenty elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia were selected from Yinglongqiao community in Liangxi District of Wuxi City. The 1 : 1 matched design was divided into intervention group and control group. Nutritional education, personalized dietary guidance and other nutrition were carried out in the intervention group Intervention for 1 year. Results After intervention, the awareness rate of nutrition knowledge and health behavior in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the indexes of fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and triglyceride were decreased significantly compared with the control group Differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Based on health education and personalized dietary guidance of community nutrition intervention measures, can effectively help patients to raise awareness of the disease, the establishment of healthy living behavior, improve blood sugar and blood lipid levels, significantly improve the quality of life.
