老年肺心病合并呼吸衰竭的综合护理效果

Comprehensive nursing effect of senile cor pulmonale with respiratory failure

目的对老年肺心病合并呼吸衰竭的综合护理的临床效果加以分析。方法在本院2016年1月~2017年6月所接收的老年肺心病合并呼吸衰竭患者中本着随机原则选取64例,盲选其中32例,按照普通方式进行护理,作为对照组,另32例患者,则给予综合护理模式,为观察组。针对两组患者护理效果间的差异性进行比对。结果在护理干预后,观察组临床总有效率为96.87%(31/32),而对照组为68.78%(22/32),观察组使用护理干预后,患者对护理工作的满意情况与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对老年肺心病合并呼吸衰竭患者进行综合护理,使患者拥有良好的心态,并减少并发症的发生,同时提高治疗期间依从性和护理满意度,值得临床护理进行广泛推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing for senile cor pulmonale with respiratory failure. Methods In our hospital from January 2016 to senile pulmonary heart disease patients with respiratory failure received in June 2017 in randomly selected 64 cases, including 32 cases of blind selection, nursing according to the ordinary, as the control group, the other 32 patients were given comprehensive nursing mode for the observation group. Conclusion Through comprehensive nursing for elderly patients with Cor Pulmonale combined with respiratory failure, the patients will have a good state of mind and reduce the incidence of complications, while improving the compliance and nursing satisfaction during treatment. It is worthy of extensive promotion in clinical nursing.
