曲美他嗪与参松养心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭合并频发室早的临床评价

Clinical evaluation of trimetazidine and Shensong Yangxin Capsule in the treatment of chronic heart failure combined with frequent ventricular premature

目的探析曲美他嗪与参松养心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭合并频发室早的临床治疗效果,并对其安全性予以评价,为临床医师选择合理用药方案提供参考。方法将60例慢性心力衰竭合并频发室早的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例,对照组患者使用曲美他嗪治疗,观察组患者使用曲美他嗪与参松养心胶囊联合治疗,分析两组患者的治疗效果,治疗期间不良反应的发生情况以及患者治疗后左室射血分数和血浆水平。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组患者,平均心率情况优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率为6.7%,对照组患者为13.3%,组间数据比较差异无统计学意义;经过1个疗程的治疗后,观察组患者的左室射血分数和血浆水平情况优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于慢性心力衰竭合并频发室早使用曲美他嗪与参松养心胶囊联合用药的治疗方法,效果更显著,且不良反应发生率低(安全性高),临床应用价值较高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of trimetazidine and Shensong Yangxin Capsule in the treatment of chronic heart failure combined with frequent ventrieular premature and evaluates its safety, and to provides a reference for clinicians to choose a rational drug use scheme. Methods 60 patients with chronic heart failure combined with frequent ventricular premature beat were randomly divided into 2 groups： observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. Control group was treated with trimetazidine, and the observation group was treated with trimetazidine combined with Shensong Yangxin capsule. To analysis the effect of the two groups, the oecurrenee of adverse reactions during the treat- ment and the left ventricular ejection fraction and plasma level after treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. The average heart rate was better than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.7% in the observation group, 13.3% in the control group, and there was no statistical difference between the groups. After 1 course of treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction and plasma level in the observation group were better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For chronic heart failure combined with frequent ventricu- lar premature, the combination therapy of trimetazidine and Shensong Yangxin capsule is more effective, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low （high safety）, which is of high value in clinical application.
