无创正压通气在急诊治疗50例重症支气管哮喘合并呼吸衰竭的临床效果 被引量:19

摘要 目的探讨无创正压通气应用在重症支气管哮喘合并呼吸衰竭急诊治疗的临床效果。方法随机选择100例重症支气管哮喘合并呼吸衰竭作为研究对象,随机患者分为两组,50例患者采用综合治疗联合鼻导管吸氧,为对照组,另50例患者采用综合治疗联合无创正压通气,为观察组,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行比较。结果治疗后4 h、治疗后8 h观察组患者各指标与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗有效率为96.00%,不良反应发生率为2.00%;对照组患者治疗有效率为80.00%,不良反应发生率为36.67%,数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊治疗重症支气管哮喘合并呼吸衰竭患者中增加无创正压通气利于改善患者病情,进一步稳定患者心率、动脉血氧分压及血氧饱和度。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in patients with severe asthma with respiratory failure in emergency treatment. Methods 100 patients with severe bronchial asthma with respiratory failure as the research object, randomly divided the patients into two groups, 50 cases were treated with comprehensive therapy combined with nasal catheter oxygen, as control group, another 50 patients were treated with comprehensive therapy combined with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation, as the observation group, compared the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. Results After the treatment, 4 h, 8 h after treatment to observe the indexes and the control group were compared with significant difference (P 〈 0.05); the patients in the observation group were treated effectively.The rate was 96.00%, the incidence rate of adverse reaction was 2.00%; the effective rate of the control group was 80%, the incidence rate of adverse reaction was 36.67%, statistically significant data difference (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion In the emergency treatment of severe bronchial asthma patients with respiratory failure in the increase of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation to improve the patient's condition, further in patients with stable heart rate, arterial blood oxygen pressure and oxygen saturation.
