西医联合益气活血方治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的效果研究

Study on the effect of Western medicine combined with Yiqi Huoxue Recipe in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis

目的分析探究西医联合益气活血方治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床效果。方法收集2015年4月~2017年1月期间本院收治的60例慢性肾小球肾炎患者,作为研究对象,按照就诊先后顺序,分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组,给予金水宝与阿魏酸哌嗪治疗,观察组,在西药治疗的同时,联合益气活血方,观察临床疗效。结果观察组11例显效,15例有效,4例无效,治疗总有效率为86.7%(26/30),对照组8例显效,14例有效,8例无效,总有效率为73.3%(22/30),观察组高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西医联合益气活血方,治疗慢性肾小球肾炎,疗效显著,具有推广价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Western medicine combined with Yiqi Huoxue Recipe in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods 60 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis admitted to our hospital from April 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of visits, 30 cases in each group. The control group, give Jinshui Bao and fernlic acid piperazine treatment, the observation group, in the western medicine treatment, combined with yiqi huoxue prescription, observe the clinical effect. Results In the observation group, 11 cases were cured, 15 cases effective, 4 cases ineffective, the total effec- tive rate was 86.7% （26/30）, the control group, 8 cases were cured, 14 cases effective, 8 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 73.3% （22/30）, the observation group than the control group, there was significant difference between the groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis with the combination of Western medicine and Yiqi Huoxue recipe is significant and has the value of popularization.
