摘要
简介孙伟正教授中西合参诊疗真性红细胞增多症(Polycythemia Vera,简称PV)的经验。孙老强调PV的根本病机为血瘀阻滞,临床常夹杂气虚、气滞、血虚、痰湿等各种因素,治疗以活血化瘀为本,随证投方。
To introduce Professor SUN Weizheng＇s experience in the diagnosis and treatment of Polycythemia Vera（Polycythemia Vera,or PV） for Chinese and western integrative medicine. SUN has stressed that the basic pathogenesis of PV is blood stasis block,and clinical factors are often accompanied by Qi deficiency,Qi stagnation,blood deficiency,phlegm dampness and so on.
