益气解毒护心汤治疗邪毒侵心型病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效及对血清心肌酶谱指标的影响

Clinical Effect of Using Yiqi Jiedu Huxin Decoction in the Treatment of Evil Toxin Invading Heart Type Viral Myocarditis and Influence on Serum Myocardial Enzyme Spectrum Index

目的:观察益气解毒护心汤治疗邪毒侵心型病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效,并观察其对血清心肌酶谱指标的影响。方法:选择我院心内科收治的94例邪毒侵心型病毒性心肌炎患者为研究对象,参照随机数字表分为观察组和对照组,每组47例。两组入院后均予抗病毒、抗感染、控制心衰等基础治疗,观察组在基础治疗上加用益气解毒汤治疗,两组均治疗4周。疗程结束后,观察两组临床治疗疗效,并比较治疗前后心肌酶谱指标(LDH、AST、CPK)变化,评估其中医症状,并记录两组不良反应。结果:治疗后对照组总有效率76.6%,明显低于观察组91.5%(P<0.05);治疗后对照组CPK、AST、LDH依次是(235.7±28.3)nmol/L、(68.9±8.3)nmol/L、(251.9±31.7)nmol/L,均显著高于观察组(135.5±16.4)nmol/L、(33.4±3.8)nmol/L、(212.6±27.6)nmol/L(P<0.05);治疗后两组中医症状心烦胸闷、心悸、发热、咽痛等评分均显著低于治疗前,且观察组下降程度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组不良反应总发生率8.51%,与观察组6.38%比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益气解毒护心汤治疗邪毒侵心型病毒性心肌炎临床疗效较好,可显著提高患者心肌酶谱水平,并缓解临床症状,未增加不良反应,具有较高的安全性,临床可予以考虑。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Yiqi Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of pathogen invasion and protecting heart viral myocarditis,and to observe its effect on serum myocardial enzyme spectrum index. Methods： 94 cases of evil toxin invasion heart in patients with viral myocarditis in the department of cardiology in our hospital as the research object,according to randomly divided into observation group and controlled group,47 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with anti-virus,anti infection,control heart failure treatment,the observation group in the basic treatment plus treatment with Yiqi Jiedu Decoction,two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After the end of treatment,observed clinical curative effect of the two groups before and after treatment were compared（LDH,myocardial enzyme spectrum index AST,CPK） changes,evaluated the TCM symptoms,and recorded the adverse reactions of the two groups. Results： After treatment in the controlled group,the total efficiency of 76. 6%,significantly lower than the observation group 91. 5%（P〈0. 05）; the controlled group after treatment CPK,AST,LDH were（235. 7＋28. 3） nmol/L,（68. 9＋8. 3） nmol/L,（251. 9＋31. 7） nmol/L,significantly higher than the observation group（135. 5＋16. 4） nmol/L,（33. 4＋3. 8） nmol/L,（212. 6＋ 27. 6） nmol/L（P〈0. 05）; the two groups after treatment of TCM symptoms,chest tightness,heart palpitations,fever,sore throat and other scores were significantly lower than before treatment,and the observation group decreased significantly more than that of the controlled group（P〈0. 05）; The controlled group adverse reaction rate was 8. 51%,and the observation group 6. 38% compared with no statistical significance（P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： Using Yiqi Jiedu Huxin Decoction in the treatment of evil toxin invasion type viral myocarditis has obviouls clinical curative effect,can significantly improve the level of myocardial enzyme spectrum in patients,and alleviate the clinical symptoms,adverse reactions,higher safety,clinical can be considered.
