不同储存条件对亳丹皮指标性成分影响研究

Study on the Content Changes of Index Components in Bozhou Moutan Contex by Different Storage Methords

目的：优选亳州牡丹皮储存条件,为亳州牡丹皮的合理储存提供依据。方法：对不同包装材料和储存环境下亳州牡丹皮饮片中主要指标性成分含量变化进行考察,采用高效液相色谱法测定没食子酸、氧化芍药苷、芍药苷、丹皮酚四种主要指标性成分的含量,优选出最佳储存条件。结果：不同性质的包装材料对主要指标性成分有影响,阴凉和常温环境对以上4种指标性成分的影响不显著。结论：探索了亳州牡丹皮的最佳储存条件,为指导企业进行更为合理、经济的储存提供技术支撑。

Objective：To provide a basis for storage of Bozhou Moutan Cortex,this article optimized storage conditions of Bozhou Moutan Cortex.Methods：Then the content changes of main ingredient of these different pieces were studied.The content of four main components which are gallic acid,oxypaeoniflorin,paeoniflorin and paeonol were determined by using HPLC.Finally,the author choosed the best storage conditions.Results：Different nature of the packaging material has an impact on the main ingredients,cool and ambient temperature on the above of the impact is not important.Conclusion：Providing the better theoretical basis for standardizing local medicine peasants production.Exploring the right storage condition,providing technical support to guide enterprises to carry out a more reasonable and economical storage.
