真武汤对慢性心力衰竭患者血清NT-proBNP、MMP-3中医证候影响

Effects of Zhenwu Decoction on Serum NT-proBNP,MMP-3 and TCM Syndromes in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的：探究真武汤对慢性心力衰竭患者血清NT-proBNP（氨基末端脑钠肽前体）,MMP-3（基质金属蛋白酶-3）及中医证候的影响。方法：选取2015年12月—2016年12月收治的72例慢性心力衰竭患者,采用随机数字表随机分为两组,即每组36例,其中对照组给予常规治疗,实验组在坚持对照组治疗的同时应用真武汤。治疗结束后,检测临床总有效率,对比治疗前后患者血清NT-proBNP、MMP-3以及中医证候的改善情况。结果：（1）治疗后实验组较对照组改善明显,经临床检测统计可知,实验组临床总有效率为88.89%,对照组临床总有效率为75.00%,两组结果具有显著差异（P〈0.05）;（2）经治疗后两组患者血清NT-proBNP、MMP-3比较显示,两组结果具有显著差异（P〈0.05）,表明实验组改善优于对照组;（3）两组治疗后比较中医证候积分,实验组心悸气喘、烦躁出汗、咳吐痰涎、畏寒肢冷、水肿尿少的证候积分明显低于对照组,表明实验组在中医症状积分改善方面明显优于对照组,结果差异有显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论：真武汤具有温阳利水、补益心肾之功效,能够降低慢性心力衰竭患者血清NT-proBNP以及MMP-3水平,降低中医症状积分,明显改善慢性心力衰竭引起的各种临床症状,有效治疗慢性心力衰竭,并对临床具有指导意义,值得临床推广。

Objective：To investigate the effect of Zhenwu Decoction on serum NT-proBNP,MMP-3 and TCM syndromes in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods：Seventy-two patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups（36 cases in each group）.The control group was treated with conventional therapy.The experimental group in the control group while maintaining the application of Zhenwu Decoction.At the end of treatment,the clinical total effective rate was measured.The improvement of serum NT-proBNP,MMP-3 and TCM syndromes were compared before and after treatment.Results：（1）The total effective rate was 88.89% in the experimental group and 75.00% in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.The clinical effective rate was 88.89%（P0.05）,which indicated that the improvement of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.（2）After treatment,compared serum NT-proBNP and MMP-3,There was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）,the improvement of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.（3） After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome scores in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the control group,The experimental group palpitations and asthma,irritability sweating,cough spit saliva,aversion to cold,edema,oliguria syndrome score was significantly lower than the control group,indicating that the experimental group in the improvement of symptoms of Chinese medicine was significantly better than the control group,the difference was significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：Zhenwu Decoction can improve the serum NT-proBNP and MMP-3 levels in patients with chronic heart failure,reduce the symptom score of Chinese medicine and improve the clinical symptoms and effective treatment of chronic heart failure,has and clinical significance,worthy of clinical promotion.
