红藤汤联合桂枝肌瘤丸对慢性盆腔炎疗效及对免疫状况影响

Curative Efficacy of Hongteng Decoction Combined with Guizhi Jiliu Pill in Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease and Its Effects on Immune Status

目的：探讨红藤汤联合桂枝肌瘤丸对慢性盆腔炎的疗效及对免疫状况的影响。方法：选择2016年1月—2017年1月接诊的110例慢性盆腔炎患者,通过随机数表法分为观察组（n=55）和对照组（n=55）,对照组使用桂枝肌瘤丸治疗,观察组联合红藤汤治疗,均于月经干净后服药,连续用药10 d。比较两组治疗前后体液免疫、T细胞亚群、中医证候积分的变化,并比较临床疗效。结果：治疗后,两组免疫球蛋白（Ig）G、IgA、IgM较治疗前均显著升高（P〈0.05）,观察组IgG、IgA、IgM均明显比对照组高（P〈0.05）;治疗后,两组CD_3~＋、CD_4~＋、CD_4~＋/CD_8~＋较治疗前均显著升高（P〈0.05）,观察组CD_3~＋、CD_4~＋、CD_4~＋/CD_8~＋明显比对照组高（P〈0.05）;治疗后,两组下腹胀痛刺痛、腰骶胀痛、经期腹痛、月经不调、带下异常、低热中医证候积分较治疗前明显降低（P〈0.05）,观察组各积分均明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组临床疗效总有效率明显高于对照组[92.73%%（51/55）vs72.73%（40/55）]（P〈0.05）。结论：在慢性盆腔炎患者中使用红藤汤联合桂枝肌瘤丸效果显著,有助于改善免疫状况,提高临床疗效。

Objective：To study curative efficacy of Hongteng Decoction combined with Guizhi JiliuPill in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and its effects on immune status.Methods：110 patients of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease who received therapy from January 2016 to January 2017 in our hospital were selected as research objects.According to random number table,those patients were divided into the observation group（n=55）and the control group（n=55）.The control group was treated with Guizhi Jiliu Pill,while the observation group was combined with Hongteng Decoction,they were taken after menstruation and treated with 10 d.The changes of humoral immunity,T lymphocyte subsets and TCM syndrome integral were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was compared.Results：After treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin（Ig）G,IgA and IgM in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment（P0.05）,the IgG,IgA and IgM in the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group（P0.05）;after treatment,the levels of CD_3~＋,CD_4~＋,CD_4~＋/CD_8~＋ in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment（P0.05）,the CD_3~＋,CD_4~＋,CD_4~＋/CD_8~＋ in the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group（P0.05）;after treatment,the TCM syndrome integral of lower abdominal pain,lumbosacral distention and pain,tingling,menstrual pain,irregular menstruation,abnormal vaginal discharge,low fever in the two groups were significantly reduced than those before treatment（P0.05）,the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group（P0.05）;the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group[92.73%（51/55）vs72.73%（40/55）]（P0.05）.Conclusion：Hongteng Decoction combined with Guizhi Jiliu Pill is well for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,it helps to improve the immune status and clinical efficacy.
