耳穴贴压对下肢静脉曲张患者术后止痛护理效果观察

Effect Observation of Auricular Point Sticking on Postoperative Pain Relief in Patients with Varicose Veins of Lower Extremity

目的：探讨耳穴贴压对下肢静脉曲张患者术后止痛的护理效果观察。方法：选取上海中医药大学附属第七人民医院血管外科2014年10月—2016年10月所收治的下肢静脉曲张术后疼痛患者114例随机分为两组,所有患者均采用静脉腔内激光手术治疗,对照组54例术后口服氨酚羟考酮片治疗,观察组60例术后采用耳穴贴压治疗,耳穴取神门、皮质下、交感、肾上腺、脑、枕,用粘有华佗磁疗贴的胶布贴压,所有患者均配合针对性护理干预,治疗3 d后比较两组患者的治疗效果、疼痛肿胀改善情况、术后恢复情况及生活质量。结果：观察组治疗有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的74.07%,两组间统计学差异显著（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗后VAS疼痛评分及肿胀指数较对照组明显降低,两组间统计学差异显著（P〈0.05）;观察组下床活动时间、住院时间、不良反应发生率均较对照组明显降低,两组间统计学差异显著（P〈0.05）;观察组术后健康感觉、睡眠状态、躯体感觉、认知功能、生活满足感等SF-36量表评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：耳穴贴压对下肢静脉曲张患者术后止痛配合护理干预有良好效果,能明显缓解疼痛,促进术后的早期康复,改善生活质量,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective：To investigate the effect of auricular point sticking on postoperative pain relief in patients with varicose veins of lower extremity.Methods：114 patients with lower extremity varicose vein pain admitted in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2016 were randomly divided into two groups,all patients were treated with endovenous laser surgery,the control group after treatment with oral Oxycodone and Acetaminophen Tablets,the observation group was treated with auricular point sticking therapy,ear points to take Shenmen,subcortical,sympathetic,adrenal gland,brain,pillow,vaccaria seed stick with HUA Tuo tape sticking magnetic stickers,all patients were treated with targeted nursing intervention,after treatment,compared between the groups with the therapeutic effects,the improvement of pain and swelling,postoperative recovery and quality of life.Results：The effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）;The VAS score and the swelling index of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）;The activity time,hospitalization time and adverse reaction rate of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）;The SF-36 scores of the patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Auricular point sticking therapy has a good effect on postoperative pain relief and nursing intervention in patients with varicose veins of lower limbs.It can significantly relieve pain,promote early rehabilitation,improve the quality of life,and has a positive clinical significance.
