排卵汤联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症及对患者β-绒毛膜促性腺激素水平影响

Effect of Ovulation Decoction Combined with Clomiphene Citrate in the Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and Infertility on Patients with β-HCG Level

目的：研究排卵汤联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症及对患者β-绒毛膜促性腺激素水平的影响。方法：66例研究对象均来源于2014年2月—2016年3月收治的多囊卵巢综合征女性患者,根据盲选原则均分为联合组与对照组;给予对照组患者口服枸橼酸氯米芬片治疗,每日剂量为50 mg,每日1次,连服5 d;联合组患者除了每日服用一次枸橼酸氯米芬片（用量：50 mg/d）之外,还辅以排卵汤治疗,每日l剂,早、晚各煎服1次。治疗3个月后,对比两组患者排卵情况、β-HCG情况及妊娠情况。结果：联合组的排卵率（82.8%）明显比对照组排卵率（60.61%）要高;两组患者在3个月治疗期的β-HCG变化情况：联合组1~2周直至11~12周的β-HCG水平均比对照组高（P〈0.05）;联合组周期妊娠率（26.2%）显著高于对照组周期妊娠率（11.3%）,以上数据进行对比,明显是联合组更具优势（P〈0.05）,具有对比研究价值。结论：排卵汤联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症,可提高患者的排卵率、周期妊娠率,同时还具有升高患者血清β-HCG水平的作用,具有显著的临床治疗效果,值的临床推广应用。

Objective：To study Ovulation Decoction combined with clomiphene citrate in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome and infertility on patients with β-HCG level.Methods：66 cases of research objects were derived from February 2014—March 2016 in our hospital and received treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome in female patients,according to the blind selection principles were divided into combined group and control group;the control group was given oral treatment of clomifene citrate tablets,a daily dose of 50 mg,1 times a day,and even served 5 days;the combined group of patients in addition to daily use of clomifene citrate tablets（dosage：50 mg/day）,also with Ovulation Decoction,daily l agent,1 times of morning and evening frying.After 3 months of treatment,the patients in the two groups were compared with ovulation,β-HCG and pregnancy.Results：The ovulation rate of the combined group（82.8%）was significantly higher than the ovulation rate of the control group（60.61%）;The changes of β-HCG in the two groups of patients during the 3 month period of treatment were：The level of β-HCG from 1-2 weeks to 11-12 weeks in the combined group was higher than that in the control group（P0.05）;The rate of pregnancy in the combined group（26.2%）was significantly higher than that of the control group（11.3%）,the comparison of the above data showed that the combined group had a better advantage（P0.05）,and had a comparative study value.Conclusion：Ovulation Decoction combined with clomiphene citrate treatment of infertility due to polycystic ovary syndrome,can improve the ovulation rate,pregnancy rate,at the same time also increased serum β-HCG level of patients with clinical effect,have remarkable curative effect and clinical application value.
