维A酸类药物在银屑病治疗中的应用

Therapeutic Use of Retinoids in Psoriasis Treatment

银屑病是一种常见的慢性复发性炎症性皮肤病。该病目前治疗方法多样,其中维A酸类药物已被广泛用于各类银屑病的治疗。根据化学结构的不同,维A酸类药物可分为第一代非芳族维A酸(维A酸、异维A酸和维胺酯)、第二代单芳族维A酸(阿维A酯和阿维A)、第三代多芳族维A酸(阿达帕林、他扎罗汀)等三类。维A酸类药物作为银屑病的一线治疗药物,长期应用安全有效,但是长期使用也会产生诸多副作用。在临床治疗中,应根据病人的具体情况采用个体化治疗方案。本文主要就阿维A和他扎罗汀在银屑病治疗中的应用做一介绍。

Psoriasis is a common chronic relapsing inflammatory skin disease. There are many treatments for psoriasis and retinoid has been widely used in all kinds according to the chemical structure,retinoids can be divided into three generations. The first generation non-aromatic retinoids（ tretinoin,isotretinoin and viaminati）,the second generation monoaromatic retinoids（ acitretin and etretinate） and the third generation polyaromatic retinoids（ adapalene,tazarotene）. As a first-line treatment for psoriasis,it is safe and effective for long-term use,but also has many side effects. In clinical treatment,patients with psoriasis should be adopted with individualized treatment according to the specific condition. This article introduced the application of acitretin and tazarotene in patients with psoriasis.
