其他免疫生物制剂对银屑病的治疗作用

摘要 银屑病是一种常见的慢性、复发性、T细胞介导的免疫性皮肤病,给患者的生活及心理造成严重负担。传统药物治疗常常效果不满意且不良反应较大,而靶向性高的生物制剂通过抑制T细胞的异常活化、拮抗多种细胞因子的产生,从而阻断免疫反应的发生,彻底改变了中、重度银屑病的治疗方法,并取得了显著疗效和良好的安全性。目前常用的有肿瘤坏死因子拮抗剂、作用于T细胞的药物、抗白介素IL-23/IL-12抗体以及IL-17A及其受体拮抗剂。而近年来其他免疫生物制剂,如T肽、ABX-IL-8等可抑制免疫反应所致的炎症因子释放,具有抗炎及调节免疫功能,从而达到治疗银屑病的目的。 Psoriasis is a common chronic,recurrent,and T cell-mediated immune dermatosis,which causes burden and psychologyical effect on patients. The traditional medicine has less curative effect and more adverse reaction compared with biological agents which could inhibite the abnormal activation of T cells,and antagonize the production of a variety of cytokines,thereby to block the immune response. This biological agents completely changes the treatment for moderate to severe psoriasis with significant efficacy and good safety. Tumor necrosis factor antagonists,drugs acting on T cells,anti-IL-23/IL-12 antibodies and IL-17A and its receptor antagonists are commonly used for moderate to severe psoriasis. While other immunobiological agents regulate the balance of cytokines,T-peptides,ABX-IL-8 and small molecule inhibitors,which can inhibit the release of inflammatory cytokines,with the effect of anti-inflammatory and immune function for psoriasis treatment.
