超声在胃溃疡和胃癌诊断中的应用效果分析

Application effect analysis of ultrasound in the diagnosis of gastric ulcer and gastric cancer

目的探讨超声在胃溃疡和胃癌诊断中的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年7月7日~2017年9月9日收治的80例胃肠道疾病(胃溃疡50例、胃癌30例)患者作为研究对象,均给予胃镜及超声技术检查,并对80例胃肠道疾病患者的诊断结果(疾病类型诊断结果、胃溃疡类型诊断结果、胃癌类型诊断结果)进行观察且分析。结果胃镜诊断胃溃疡的准确率为100.00%,胃癌为100.00%;超声诊断胃溃疡的准确率为96.00%,胃癌为93.33%,两种检查方法的诊断结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在50例胃溃疡患者的胃镜诊断结果中,胃角部占比70.00%,胃大弯占比10.00%,胃小弯占比20.00%;超声诊断结果中,胃角部占比68.00%,胃大弯占比10.00%,胃小弯占比18.00%,两种检查方法的诊断结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。30例胃癌患者的胃镜诊断结果中,弥漫性浸润型占比66.67%,局限溃疡型占比33.33%;超声诊断结果中,漫性浸润型占比66.67%,局限溃疡型占比26.67%,两种检查方法的诊断结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胃溃疡及胃癌患者应用超声技术诊断具有较高的临床价值,不仅可以从多角度、多体位、多层次观察病灶组织,并且具有无创、安全、痛苦少、确诊率高等优势,值得应用及推广。

Objective To investigate the application effect of ultrasound in the diagnosis of gastric ulcer and gastric cancer.Methods 80 patients with gastrointestinal diseases （50 cases of gastric ulcer and 30 cases of gastric cancer） admitted to our hospital from July 7,2016 to September 9,2017 were enrolled in this study.All cases were examined by gastroseopy and ultrasonography.The diagnosis of 80 cases of gastrointestinal diseases （diagnosis of disease type,diagnosis of gastric ulcer type,diagnosis of gastric cancer type） were observed and analyzed.Results The accuracy of gastroscopy in diagnosing gastric ulcer was 100.00% and that of gastric cancer was 100.00%.The accuracy rate of ultrasound in diagnosing gastric ulcer was 96.00% and that of gastric cancer was 93.33%.There was no significant, difference between the two methods （P〉0.05）.Among the 50 patients with gastric ulcer,the results of gastroscopy were 70.00% in the stomach corner,10.00% in the gastric curvature and 20.00% in the gastric curvature.In the uhrasonography results, the gastric corner was 68.00% and the gastric curvature was 10.00%,gastric lesser curvature 18.00%.There was no significant difference between the two methods （P〉0.05）.Among the 30 cases of gastric cancer,diffuse infiltration were 66.67% and localized ulcer were 33.33%,respectively.The diagnostic results of ultrasound showed diffuse invasive type were 66.67% and localized ulcer type were 26.67%.There was no significant difference between the two diagnostic methods （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Ultrasound diagnosis of gastric ulcer and gastric cancer patients has high clinical value.It can not only observe the lesion tissue from muhiple angles,multi-body position and multi-level,but also has the advan- tages of noninvasiveness,safety,less pain,higher diagnosis rate,which is worthy of application and promotion.
