CT增强低张冠状重建在胃癌诊断中的临床应用

Clinical application of CT-enhanced crown coronal reconstruction in the diagnosis of gastric cancer

目的研究CT增强低张冠状重建在胃癌诊断中的临床价值。方法选取我院2016年1~12月诊治的200例疑似胃癌患者作为研究对象,依据完全随机的方式分为对照组与观察组,每组100例。对照组患者使用普通CT进行扫描分析,观察组患者使用增强CT进行分析扫描,比较两组的诊断准确率。结果观察组患者的诊断准确率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的胃癌分期准确性相对更高,在观察组中,患者的胃部肿瘤形状大小和周围器官之间的关系等细节能够被梳理清晰,另外,患者胃癌的转移程度也能够得到更加仔细的观察。结论使用胃部低张冠状重建增强CT扫描胃癌的诊断准确率相对较高,显著优于普通CT扫描方式,能够准确确定患者的病症类型。

Objective To study the clinical value of CT enhanced crown coronal reconstruction in the diagnosis of gastric cancer.Methods A total of 200 patients with suspected gastric cancer from January to December in 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,100 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were scanned with ordinary CT,the patients in the observation group were analyzed by enhanced CT.The diagnostic accuracy of the two groups was compared.Results The diagnostic accuracy rate of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with significant difference （P〈 0.05）.The accuracy of gastric staging in the observation group was relatively higher,in the observation group,the details of the patient＇s stomach tumor shape and the relationship between the surrounding organs and other details can be combed clearly.In addition,the degree of metastasis of the patients with gastric cancer can also be more carefully observed.Conclusion The use of gastric CT enhanced crown coronal reconstruction in the diagnosis of gastric cancer is relatively high accuracy,which was significantly better than that ordinary CT Scan,can accurately determine the patient＇s disease type.
