前列地尔干乳剂合用华法林治疗下肢血栓性静脉炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of Alprostadilin dry emulsion combined with Warfarin in the treatment of thrombophlebitis of lower extremities

目的探讨前列地尔干乳剂合用华法林治疗下肢血栓性静脉炎临床的临床效果。方法选取2014年1月~2017年1月在我院收治的下肢血栓性静脉炎患者48例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组,每组24例。对照组患者使用前列地尔干乳剂进行治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合华法林进行治疗。比较两组患者临床治疗效果及病症消除时间。结果研究组患者的治疗有效率显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05),研究组患者临床症状消失时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论下肢血栓性静脉炎患者临床治疗中,使用前列地尔干乳剂合用华法林治疗,能够有效提升治愈率,缩短治疗过程。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of alprostadilin dry emulsion combined with warfarin in the treatment of thrombophlebitis of lower extremities.Methods 48 patients with lower extremity thrombophlebitis admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,with 24 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with alprostadit dry emulsion,while patients in the study group were treated with warfarin on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and time of disease elimination were compared between the two groups,Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）, and the disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of thrombophlehitis of lower extremities,combination of alprostadilin dry emulsion and warfarin can greatly increase the cure rate and shorten the therapeutic process.
