PDCA护理模式对降低颅脑外伤患者并发症的效果研究

Effect of PDCA nursing model on reducing complications of patients with craniocerebral trauma

目的探讨PDCA护理模式对降低颅脑外伤患者并发症的影响。方法选取2015年3月~2017年2月我院收治的117名颅脑外伤患者作为研究对象,根据患者的入院时间分为两组,对照组(n=60)采用常规护理方式进行干预,观察组(n=57)采用PDCA护理模式进行干预,比较两组患者并发症发生情况、格拉斯哥昏迷评分法(GCS)评分、Barthel评分、神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)和护理满意度。结果观察组患者发症发生率、NIHSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);GCS评分、Barthel评分及护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA护理模式在颅脑外伤患者护理中具有积极的作用,有助于降低患者并发症的发生率,改善患者病情,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA nursing model on reducing the complication of traumatic brain injury.Methods From March 2015 to February 2017,117 patients with craniocerebral trauma in our hospital were selected as the subjects,and the patients were divided into two groups according to the time of admission.The control group （n=60） was treated with conventional care.The observation group （n=57） was used PDCA nursing mode to intervene.The incidence of complications,Glasgow Coma Scale（GCS） score,Barthel score,National Institute of Health Stroke Scale （NIHSS）,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the incidence of patients with observation,NIHSS score was lower than that the control group of patients,while the GCS score,Barthel score and nursing satisfaction were higher than that the control group,the differences were statistically significant （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion PDCA nursing model has a positive effect in the care of patients with craniocerebral trauma,which can help to reduce the incidence of complications,improve the patient＇s condition and improve the nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
