安神汤加减治疗肝郁气滞型失眠的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of modified Anshen Decoction in the treatment of insomnia of type liver depression and qi stagnation

目的观察安神汤加减治疗肝郁气滞型失眠的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年1月~2017年1月收治的97例肝郁气滞型失眠者,将其按随机排列表法分为两组,其中对照组48例(采用劳拉西泮片),观察组49例(加用安神汤)。比较两组患者治疗前后的睡眠质量、中医症候评分,评估治疗效果。结果观察组的总有效率为95.9%,高于对照组的85.4%(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的睡眠质量各项评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的中医症候评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论安神汤加减治疗肝郁气滞型失眠的临床效果较好,可明显提高患者的睡眠质量,可在临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Anshen Decoction in the treatment of insomnia of liver depression and qi stagnation type.Methods From January 2015 to January 2017,97 insomnia patients with type liver depression and qi stagnation treated in our hospital were selected.They were divided into the two groups according to the random permutation table method.In the control group （n=48）,Lorazepam Tablets was used,while in the observation group,Anshen Decoction was added.The sleeping quality before and after treatment was compared in order to evaluate the therapeutic effect.The quality of sleep and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the therapeutic effect was evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.9%, which was higher than that of the control group （85.4%） （P〈0.05）.The various score of sleep quality of the patients in the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group reapeetively （P〈0.05）.The score of TCM syndrome in patients of the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of modified Anshen Decoction in the treatment of insomnia of liver depression and qi stagnation type is better,and can obviously improve the quality of sleep for patients and can be promot- ed and applied in clinic.
