摘要
目的观察综合护理干预对老年骨质疏松症患者知信行的影响。方法选取我院2015年5月~2016年9月收治的116例骨质疏松症患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=56)和观察组(n=60)。对照组患者给予药物治疗和传统健康教育,观察组患者给予药物治疗和综合护理干预。记录两组患者干预前、后及干预后1年对骨质疏松相关知识掌握情况、健康信念、健康行为情况,并进行评价。结果干预后,两组患者骨质疏松症知识问卷得分、骨质疏松症健康信念问卷得分、骨质疏松相关健康行为问卷得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预1年后,观察组患者上述得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组患者骨折发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过综合护理干预对骨质疏松症患者知信行的长期影响有更积极的意义。
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the knowledge, attitude and practice in the patients with senile osteoporosis.Methods 116 patients with osteoporosis who were admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to September 2016 were selected.According to the random number table method,patients were divided into control group (n=56) and observation group (n-~0).The control group was given medical treatment and traditional health education,and the observation group was given medical treatment and comprehensive nursing intervention.The mastering level of the knowledge of osteoporosis,heahh attitude and health practice were recorded and evaluated before interven- tion,after intervention and one year after intervention in both groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of osteo- porosis knowledge questionnaire,the scores of osteoporosis health attitude questionnaire and the scores of osteoporosis related health practice questionnaire were compared between the two groups,and the differences were not significantly different between the two groups (P〉0.05).One year after the intervention,the scores in the observation group were high- er than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.01).The incidence rate of frac- tures in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05).Conclusion The long-term effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the knowledge,attitude and prac- tice in the patients with senile osteoporosis has a more positive significance.
