护理干预对老年病科住院患者跌倒的影响

Influence of nursing intervention on fall of inpatients in geriatrics department

目的探讨分析老年病科住院患者采取护理干预对其跌倒的影响。方法将我院2015年2月~2016年6月收治的1000例老年病科住院患者,按照抽签方法分为对照和实验组,每组各500例。对照组采取常规护理,实验组采取预见性护理干预,观察老年患者的临床效果,针对患者的护理干预前后的防跌倒知识掌握情况,以及预防跌倒的态度、行为得分情况、跌倒发生情况进行对比分析。结果护理干预前,实验组患者的防跌倒知识掌握情况,以及跌倒预防的态度、行为得分情况与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理干预后,实验组患者的防跌倒知识掌握情况,以及跌倒预防的态度、行为得分情况、跌倒发生情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理对老年病科住院患者具有较好的临床效果,可显著改善患者跌倒情况,提高患者对预防跌倒的认知,避免危险事件发生,这对保证患者身体健康具有重要的意义。

Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on fall of elderly patients in geriatrics department.Methods From February 2015 to June 2016,1000 cases of elderly patients hospitalized in our hospital,according to the lottery method were divided into two groups,namely the control group of 500 cases and 500 cases in the experi- mental group.The control group was received routine nursing care,while the experimental group was adopted predictive nursing intervention,observe the clinical effect of elderly patients,fall prevention knowledge before and after the nursing intervention for patients who,as well as fall prevention attitude and behavior scores,fall incidence were analyzed.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference between the control group and the control group（P〉0.05）,after the intervention,there was a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Nursing care for geri- atric patients has good clinical effect,can significantly improve patients fall,improve patients for fall prevention aware- ness,avoid dangerous incidents,it is very important to ensure the health of patients.
