舒适护理在普外科腹腔镜手术中的干预效果评价

目的研究并探讨舒适护理在普外科腹腔镜手术中的应用效果。方法选择我院普外科2015年1月~2017年10月收治的100例腹腔镜手术患者,按照计算机随机数字表法分为两组,每组各50例。对照组患者施行常规护理,观察组患者给予舒适护理,对两组患者术后疼痛评分、舒适度评分、负性情绪评分、护理满意度等进行比较。结果术后8、24、48 h,观察组患者的疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),其舒适度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者护理后的焦虑评分、抑郁评分等负性情绪评分均较护理前显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在护理后,观察组的负性情绪评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意率为96%,对照组为82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在普外科腹腔镜手术中实施舒适护理,可有效减轻患者术后疼痛,还有效减轻其负性情绪,有利于提高身心舒适体验,使患者对护理服务更加满意。

Objective To study and discuss the effect of comfortable nursing in general surgery laparoscopic surgery. Methods 100 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2017 were select- ed randomly.According to the random number table method,were randomly divided into iwo groups,50 cases in each group.The control group and the observation group were given routine care and comfortable nursing respectively.The two groups were compared in postoperative pain score,comfort score,negative emotion score and nursing satisfaction. Results The scores of pain in observation group were lower than those in control group at 8,24 and 48 h after operation （P〈0.05）,and their comfort scores were higher than those in control group （P〈O.05）.Negative emotion scores of anxiety score and depression score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before nursing （P〈0.05）,while negative scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after nursing （P〈0.05）.The total satisfaction rate in the observation group was 96% and that in the control group was 82%.There was significant difference between the two groups,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of general nursing laparoscopic surgery comfort care,which can effectively reduce postoperative pain,but also effectively reduce the nega- tive emotions, help to improve the physical and mental comfort experience,so that patients are more satisfied with the nursing services.
