高职院校人文素质教育存的在问题及解决对策

高职院校加强人文素质教育,培养适应21世纪和建设有中国特色的社会主义需要的高素质人才具有重要意义。近年来,学生人文素质教育引起了各高职院校的重视,很多高职院校加强了人文素质教育工作并且取得了一定的成绩,但仍然存在对人文素质教育认识不足等问题。要解决这些问题,可以从更新办学理念、提升教师人文素质、开设专门的人文素质课程等方面去提出完善学校人文素质教育的对策。

It is of great significance for higher vocational colleges to strengthen humanistic education and cultivate highly qualified personnel who adapt to the needs of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the 21 st century. In recent years, the humane quality education of students aroused the attention of all higher vocational colleges. Many higher vocational colleges have strengthened the humane quality education and achieved some achievements. However, there are still some problems such as lack of understanding of humane quality education. To solve these problems, we can put forward measures to improve humane education in school from such aspects as updating the concept of running a school, improving the humanistic quality of teachers and setting up a special humane quality course.
