"工匠精神"作为岗位工作的最高标准,具有敬业与爱业、认真与专注、专业与创新、精益求精四个方面的内涵。本文讨论将工匠精神的具体体现和融入职业教育途径,重点探讨了工匠精神融入中职类专业教学的策略,培养中职学生的工匠精神。
As the highest standard of post work,"Craftsman Spirit"has the connotation of four aspects of dedication and love,seriousness and concentration, specialty and innovation, and excellence. This article discusses the concrete manifestation and integration of artisan spirit into vocational education, focusing on the integration of artisanal mentality in secondary vocational teaching strategies and training of artisans in secondary vocational schools.
