中国医疗卫生体制及其改革过程对医患关系具有深刻的影响作用。从医疗卫生体制改革历史进程的视角,深入分析和研究医患关系与体制之关系,是从制度层面的角度认识和解决医患关系问题。医疗卫生体制本身内置有关构建和谐医患关系的设计,应当是体制建构的应有之义;计划经济背景下医疗卫生体制所造就的医患关系形态有其特定的历史性根据;体制演进所导致的公益性缺失带来的医患关系种种问题的出现,从另一个角度说明体制与医患关系两者关系的密不可分。合理的医疗卫生体制对重新建构和谐的医患关系具有重要作用。

China＇s medical and health system and its reform process have a profound impact on the relationship between doctors and patients. From the perspective of the historical process of medical and health system reform, in-depth analysis and study of the relationship between doctor-patient relationship and system is to understand and solve the doctor-patient relationship from institutional perspective. The design of the medical and health system itself, which is related to the construction of a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, should be the proper meaning of the system construction. The form of the doctor-patient relationship created by the medical and health system under the planned economy has its own historic basis. The emergence of the doctor-patient relationship brought about by the public welfare deficit, illustrates from another angle that the relationship between the system and the doctor-patient relationship is inextricably linked. Reasonable health care system to reconstruct a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients has an important role.
