大学生就业难现象已经成为令人关注的社会热点问题。调查数据表明:大学生就业难的原因主要与大学生的就业取向紧密相关,具体体现在大学生对就业形势、未来职业以及就业倾向的认知。地方本科院校要提升大学生的个人综合能力,要使他们充分认知就业形势,要增强他们的就业意识和竞争意识,进行就业引导,从而消解就业难的问题。

The thesis analyses the main reasons about what a hard time college grads are having finding a job. The survey data show it is the orientation of employment of graduates that has dampened their will to go to get a job. The newly-built local college can make it through improving college graduates＇ ability, cognitiving employment situation, increasing employment and competitive awareness to solve the employment problems.
