摘要
2017年,人力资源社会保障部发布了《国家基本医疗保险、工伤保险和生育保险药品目录(2017年版)》。这不仅是对2009年版国家医保目录的调整,对于规范临床合理用药也具指导意义。例如目录凡例第十二条,明确规定肠外肠内用药"需经营养风险筛查明确具有营养风险时方可按规定支付费用"和"消化道有功能的患者应首先选用肠内营养剂"的医保支付原则。本文从临床医生角度,结合近年研究进展,简要论述2017年版国家医保目录凡例第十二条涉及临床相关内容,供医疗保险相关部门及医院同行参考。
In 2017, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security issued the "national basic medical insurance, work-related injury insurance and maternity insurance drug catalogue(2017 Edition)", which is a major innovation in the 2009 edition of the catalogue. In particular, in the aspect of parenteral and enteral nutrition, the directory provides clearer indications of medication based on "nutritional risk". In this paper, based on the research progress in recent years, the contents of parenteral and enteral nutrition in the 2017 edition were briefly analyzed.
